I think OP talking about go off in pocket or dark room, just dims.
I've got my S10+ in an Otterbox Defender case on a belt holster and when I first take the phone out of the holster the AOD is off then it blinks on once it's in the light. Is that because the sensor is completely covered? But it does go completely off.
You sir are the only 1 person that I've read in hundreds of posts all over the web that the phone works as intended....... Hard to believe.............
Does the Otterbox holster have a sleeper magnet? That might be what is putting it to sleep so it's related to the proximity sensor issue. It's set to Always On because I do want it on always even in a dim room but the display itself does go dim. I just thought it was normal that it does go off in the holster and I thought it could be because the sensor is completely covered.
