When i go to device maintenance, battery usage if i have 27%left it shows that i have spent 63% and the other 10% is gone.
Is it related to the new usb charging cable i bought becuase i lost the original one not the charger but the usb cable which seems is good enough and it fast charges. Please help!

One thing it's related to is letting the battery drop below 40% - never do that.

Every device’s battery comes with an estimated recharge or battery cycle lifespan. This is the number of times that the battery can be charged back up before the charge capacity starts to diminish (down to 80% or lower.) The thought that you can extend this lifecycle by not ever running the battery all the way to 0 is indeed a myth. Li-Ion batteries do not care how low they get before a charge, they count a cycle every time you charge your device (whether that’s at 68% or 4%.)

Full vs. Partial Discharge.
Truth is, it doesn’t matter. Li-Ion batteries only care about recharge cycles – not how much energy is left. You may be thinking about older NiCad batteries and Lead-acid batteries that were temperamental, not wanting to recharge from empty or taking a very long time to recharge.

Just to be sure -- did you charge up to 100% for that charge cycle, or only to 90%?

Always gone below 20% with every one of my Galaxy phones. I upgrade every couple years so don't really notice the effects of draining to a low percentage. Enjoy your phone and don't get hung up on it.
