Why does the Google play store tell me there is no connection?

Google play store tells me there is no connection

So every-time I wanted download an app it would tell me '' error'', so it would not download .. I tried to fix it .....and now ..when I go in...It tells me there is no connection........ I've clear cache, I've changed date and time..........but nothing seems to work. Also When I try to sync my google account ,,,,it would tell me error as well....... I don't know what else to do.

Welcome to Android Central! Do any of your Google apps work, like Gmail or Google Calendar? Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?

Try going to Settings>Accounts-Google, select your Google account, and remove it completely from the phone. Then add it back again, and see if that helps.
