Why does the sd card in my Samsung Galaxy A tablet unmount itself??

It has happened several times. Please help. Will remount and add Everything back and it does it again a couple of days later.

It could be a bad SD card - or it could be a bad SD card port. You could mount the card in a PC and do an exhaustive storage device test, but if you can somehow (maybe string?) "wiggle" the card when it's in the tablet, you might find that it unmounts too easily, meaning that some of the pins on the port aren't making solid contact with the card's contacts. (It's cheaper to replace the port than to try to fix it, break a contact, then replace it. Not cheap, but cheaper.)
