Sounds stop while charging my LG G3

Sounds stop when I plug in my LG G3. It doesn't happen immediately, but within 10 seconds, all sounds stop while its charging. Any ideas or suggestions to fix?

Re: Sounds stop while charging my LG G3

I had this before on a phone search through your sound settings to turn this off. Then restart the phone and see if this fixed it

On most phones there's a setting to turn charging sounds off

Its not the charging sound I'm worried about. Its the fact as soon as I plug it in, I don't hear any sound when playing a video.

Re: Sounds stop while charging my LG G3

I went to SETTINGS, VOLUME, and turn TOUCH FEEDBACK& SYSTEM and Notifications all the way down. Restarted the phone and started playing a video, plugged it in and with 20 seconds, the sound stopped again.

I have the exact same problem, and was about to make a new thread about it, but decided to check a few pages to see if this was mentioned somewhere else. What pockystick means is that when the phone is charging and starts any audio playback (music, videos), the sounds cut off. What I do to get the sound back, but just for a couple of seconds until it shows again, is to pause the audio for 2 seconds and press play again. It solves the problem, but again, just for 10 seconds at most. Any ideas?

I had this same exact problem... after looking everywhere I couldn't find a solution so I just gave up. Just recently I noticed I don't have this problem anymore. I don't know what I did. My charger has been acting up so I used a toothpick to clean out the port, I don't know if that was the problem. Who knows? :'(

i am owner of mobile phone shop
some of customer had same issues
solution was
by changing charger or charging cable
