question regarding warranty

Hello every one

I bought a samsung galaxy tablet 10.1 2014 edition just before christmas, as it had a problem with the charging I had to sent it to the Anovo center by mail ( I live on the isle of Wight and there are no samsung center on the island). They send me the tablet back one week later and the tablet had the same problem, so I send it back again. When the tablet arrived last week, the screen was completely broken. So ù
I rang the anovo center and they told me that they have to claim to the pdp (the cossier) and I have to wait probably around 20 - 30 days.
My question is as I bought the tablet one month and an half ago and I still do not have my tablet and I donot know if and when I will have it repaired. There is something I can do? This situation does not seem very fair to me.

Thank you in advance for your help

Re: question regarding warranty

Welcome to Android Central! That stinks.:( Unfortunately, warranties don't provide for "loaners," like if you had to bring your car to the shop. That comedy of errors that you're experiencing is a bit excessive, though--I would try to contact someone on a managerial level (either at the service center or at Samsung) and explain to them the timeline, and ask them if there's anything they can do for the inconvenience--like perhaps some credit on the Galaxy App Store, or extension of your warranty by some reasonable amount of time.
