Why does this scary notification appear in my phone every day?

This notification appears on my phone every now and then.
Application need to read phone status
for unique identification. Kindly give
permission.

It comes on the screen and then it disappears without an yes or no question.

If you can get a screenshot before it disappears, it would be helpful to register an account here so you can reply and post it. Being able to see exactly what the notice says will help us help you.

In general, though, seeing the word "kindly" in a message like that is a yellow flag that there's potential for this to be an attempted malware/scammer attack. That's just not a word used very often in the English language, but is used a lot in phishing schemes for some reason.

^ I agree about “kindly”, but thought that the OP may have translated into English. Perhaps the original was not so obviously untrustworthy.
