Why does Watch 4 Classic say "Initial" on the face?

Every picture I've seen of a Classic 4 shows the word "Initial" on the face. Why?

I believe it's the signature for the watch face being used. Like Tag Hauer or Casio.

It is actually a complication that can be edited (customized) to your initial, i.e., "K" in your case.
