I have tried 3 different tablets in the past week. All three had the same issue. They all use Android 10. Basically what happens is I connect to the wifi, everything works fine for a few minutes, then the wifi breaks. And when I say break, I mean I can't use wifi, can't open wifi in settings, and can't turn wifi off via the drop down menu. When this happens I have to restart the tablet. I have tried booting in safe mode and gotten the same problem. The tablet seems to work fine if I instead connect it to a hotspot and not my router. What could be the problem?

I've had similar issues over the years, especially with cheaper devices like that. In the past, upgrading my wifi/router fixed my problems. In another case, I had an old device that was 'poisoning' the network - if I used it, it would knock most of the other devices offline on my network. Twice now I've had cheap wifi hardware built in on devices and keeping them online for more than a couple hours just wasn't happening - I had to reboot like you do. It's hard to say what the issue is in your case, especially if it's fine jumping on a different network (hotspot). It's kind of pointing to your wifi situation just not doing its thing but I'd hate to see you buy a new wifi unit if that wasn't the problem. Maybe try it at a Starbucks or something just to verify before spending money.
