Android Central Question
I have the T Mobile Revvl Incipio (the one with the annoying rear flashlight on the right side of the camera). I got it in the summer of last year so it's still relatively new. The problem that I've been having is that it does not function while connected to WiFi. I've tried connecting it to other WiFi networks and rebooting my router but I get the same response each time "connected, no internet." I've had this problem for a while (since last year) on my phone but was never bothered about it until I realized how much data I was using and how the bill has become 3x how much it should be.
All of my other devices work fine with the WiFi at my house and the WiFi from other places. It's ONLY my phone that doesn't want to corporate. This has become such an annoying problem because I always have to use my data to do anything and everything on my phone.
I tried calling T Mobile about it but they were no help. I'm considering getting a new phone but I want to know if there's anything I can do to salvage my phone because it would really be a pain to go through all the processes again.
