Android Central Question

I have Chrome version 96.0.4664.104 installed on my cell phone. I have many bookmarks folders with many URL's stored inside the folders. These all reside under "Mobile bookmarks". I only see how to move a folder up or down a folder at 1 level at a time. Why can't this version of Chrome do what the Windows version of Chrome does and offer a Book Mark Manager that offers sort by name and other nice features. Thanks for your feedback.

Welcome to Android Central! Instead of saving bookmarks to the Mobile Bookmarks folder, select one of the ones that you synced from your desktop Chrome. There's no requirement that you use the Mobile Bookmarks folder.

By the way, there is a Bookmark manager in mobile Chrome. Open Chrome, then tap Menu>Bookmarks. If you're in the Mobile Bookmarks folder, tap the left-facing arrow at the top left to get to the main Bookmarks list. Then select one of the other Bookmarks folders that would've been synced over from your desktop Chrome. You can edit or move folders by tapping the 3-dot menu button to the right of each folder.
