Why doesn't my audio jack work with phone calls?

My audio jack works fine with Google Maps, but it does not work with regular phone calls. I can still hear callers through the phone although the audio plug is inserted and verified that google maps audio comes through the jack.

Check in your settings if the call is routed to phone speaker when headphones plugged in. I think it's in call settings but not sure.
