Why doesn't my Galaxy S7 have the latest Facebook Messenger update?

Last Wednesday, Facebook released an update to their Android Facebook Messenger app that lets you SMS on the app. Everyone I know with an Android phone has received it (I've asked someone with a Galaxy 6 and a Galaxy Note), but for some reason, I have not received the update on my Galaxy S7.

I have tried everything I can think of to get the update. Unistalled/Re-installed. Cleared my cache and data for FB/FB Messenger and the Play Store. Did a soft reset. I even reached out to David Marcus (the VP of Messenger) and he said there was an issue at first, but they fixed it and I should have the update by now.

So my question is, does anyone have an S7 that has gotten the update? And do you have any suggestions for me to get the app?

So when you go to the person in the picture on the far right you do not see sms? Thats odd because on my s7 it popped up and automatically wanted me to use it.
