When i updated my phone on December 16 2017 (not sure what update it is so i gave a date to try to help) all the vibrations went away. What I had realized was that the battery saver was on in the drag down screen. As soon as i disabled it all vibrations came back to my phone. Hopefully this helps some of you guys.
