why doesn't my internet work on my Samsung Note 4 from AT&T?

My phones 4G internet doesn't work but my phone and messaging does. Also i can't receive nor send texts with pictures on them. Wi-fi works well when im near a place with a strong signal of Wi-fi but goes off as soon I'm ten feet away. Also my phone turns off from out of nowhere..

Welcome to Android Central! Have you asked AT&T about this yet? Did you buy the phone from AT&T, or was it an unlocked phone you got elsewhere?
