Why doesn't my new Moto X battery saver turn off and my status bar is frozen?

new moto x - battery saver won't turn off and my status bar is frozen.

I just got this phone yesterday and battery saver went on when the battery got low, I left it to charge overnight and this morning I turned it off in settings but it won't go away. I also turned the phone off and on again. Also, in my status bar at the top it seems that it's frozen, behind today's time and battery charge it's also showing last night's time and battery charge.

When you say that battery saver "won't go away", do you mean the icon in your status bar or the switch in your settings? Try this. Change your wallpaper and see if that icon and the double readings still stay on. Tell us if the problem persists.
