Why doesn't my new Note 3 display turn off automatically?

my new note 3 display not turn off automatically

suddenly from 3 days my display not getting turned off automatically as it used to before. i tried some settings to adjsut displau time to 15 sec. but no use.

Try Safe Mode.

Also, if you are using an SD card, try unmounting and removing it.

Let us know what happens.

Also try clearing the cache in recovery mode. If after rebooting and clearing the cache is still will not turn off but it does turn off in safe mode, then you have some app keeping it awake.
