Why doesn't my phone charge right?

why dosent my phone charge right?

everyday its working fine and will be fully charged in 2 hours tops and now I charged it over night and it barly charged up 5 %.

The USB lead may need replacing. Check also that the USB port connector is clean and undamaged.
