Why doesnt my speaker work

I have recently opened up my phone to exchange dock ports but now the speakers of my phone only has sound sometimes. How could I fix this?

Well ...

You could open it up again, find what you did wrong the first time and fix it - hoping that you don't do something wrong this time and lost the screen, antenna or something else.

Or you could beg a repair shop to fix it. (Most of them won't touch a phone you've already worked on.)
