Why doesnt the samsung tablet A video work for Zoom?

The zoom site works beautifully with voices and the image of the caller but my image does not show on her iPad. Dòes iPad talk to Samsung or do Ì need an app such as droidcam?

Welcome to Android Central! First, are you sure you turned video on? I think it defaults to video off. If your video is turned on and they still don't see you, then go to Settings>Apps, select Zoom, then Permissions, and make sure Camera permission is turned on.
