Why doesn't vibration work on my AT&T Note Edge?

Vibration no longer works on AT&T Note Edge

I noticed this a couple of months ago, and didn't realize that it was an actual problem until just now. I have all the vibration settings turned on, tried everything I could to get it to vibrate. I created a new vibration pattern, but it didn't even buzz. I have a tendency to Factory Reset my phone about every six months, just to clean it out, and was thinking that it was about time to do it again. I was just wondering if anybody else was having the same problem, and if they've figured out any fixes. It doesn't even buzz when I turn the phone off and on.

What version of lollipop do U have?

5.1.1; it's been so long since I've even looked at that I can't remember which one it is.
