Why doesn't Wifi Calling appear in my menu options, S7 Edge

[AC Question]

Had a message from my carrier, Vodafone UK asking me if I wish to enable Wifi calling. All sorted and enabled. Option never appeared or was ever there. Numerous online chats later they are unable to answer the question, opting for "why don't you return phone to store"

Model Number - SM-G935F
Android Version - 6.0.1
Android Security Patch - 1st July 2016

Any help appreciated.
