Why don't have an 5G network option on my unlocked Samsung G20 FE 5G phone on the Verizon network.

I purchased the unlocked S20 FE 5G to use on the Verizon network. So far, I have not been able to get a 5G signal and there is not an option in the settings for 5G connectivity. There are only options for Global, LTE CDMA, and LTE GSM / UMTS. Is this phone not compatible with the Verizon 5G network?

5g on Verizon probably going need flash or get the Verizon version at the moment.

As it turns out the unlocked devices on Verizon will be the last to get the update that gives the device 5G access. The branded, Verizon locked, models are getting it now and us independent souls will be getting some time down the road.
