Why don't I have any sound on my Samsung S6 Edge?

Hi i bought a samsung S6 edge but have no sound.

I have tried all sound settings but still have no sound when someone calls me no alarm or no music except on ear phones

Hi I am facing the same issue. Even tried a factory reset and a hard reset. How did you resolve your problem?
