Why don't I have network settings for 3g or 2g on my Korean Samsung Note 2 phone?

I bought a used note 2 from korea but not able to set network for 2g and 3g.

Welcome to Android Central! First, are you sure it's a genuine Samsung Note 2, and not a clone or knockoff? Knockoffs often have a significantly different menu system.

Second, what exactly are you trying to do? Do you want to specify the mobile network preference?
