Why don't I have smart lock options on my LG G3 Lollipop international variant?

No smart lock options in my LG G3 lollipop international variant

I using LG g3 855 on the latest lollipop update and I've heard alot about it's new "smart lock" and trusted places. But for some reason I don't have it. If i go in security it just says smart lock (google) toggle on or off. And nothing happens when i toggle it on. please HELP, I really want the new smart lock features
