Why don't I have Whatsapp notifications in Android 5.0?

No Whatsapp notifications in Android 5.0

there is 1) no whatsapp notification (e.g. vibrate) in locked screen 2) no notification on the top of the phone when the screen is on.

only get the notification (e.g. vibrate & notification on the top of the phone) when open the whatapp only

i have already
- turn on vibrate model in whatapp setting
- turn on the "Priority" in App notification under "Sound & Notification" setting

How can get
- notification (e.g. vibrate) in locked screen
-notification on the top of the phone) when the screen is on

Open WhatsApp, go to the main screen, tap Menu -> Settings -> Notifications.

I have the same problem since I have bought new Samsung Galaxy S6 with Android 5.0. I have checked all settings and still, I got message only when I open whatsapp app.
