Why dont my online games work?

[Android Central Question]

I have a moto, not sure which model but it's one of the newer ones and I got it from my mom, it worked fine untill I factory reset it so I could replace my mom's stuff with mine, but whenever I try to use my mobile data none of my online games work, pretty much everything else is working, YouTube, Snapchat and my web browser working too, just the games aren't, however when I use my wifi it works pretty fine, my service provider is cricket if it helps

Welcome to Android Central! Are you still using your mother's SIM card, on your mother's plan?

When you say "online games," are you talking about games you install from the Play Store that are connected to the web? Or are you talking about games that are played in your browser?

Does anyone supervise your phone (e.g., your parents)?
