Why dooesn't my phone have Black emojis?

I know and have a lot of friends with iphones and I understand that Android has stickers and emoji apps but after a while, they get annoying. You either have to switch between apps in order to use the sticker or you have to download it, decreasing the space that you already have so little of. How and when can we start receiving Black emojis? We are entering a new year here... Shouldn't our phones represent that?

Only if you've gotten the Marshmallow update (or was it Nougat? Can't remember) or if your app/manufacturer has included support for skin tone in emojis. You can also use a keyboard that supports that, but chances are you won't be able to display them if the system doesn't support the new emoji
