why dose my mobile phone dosent go on recovery or download mod ?

once i was trying to root my mobile "samsung grand prime+" and then when i connected it with my laptop and let it in download mod and on the lap i was using odien but after the operation end the programme write faild not pass after that the mobile become run in a good way and dosen't has any problems except that it dosen't go on recovery or download mod plz help my thx

That's probably way. The rooting program evidently corrupted your recovery and download partitions. Unfortunately, if you can't get into download, you can't fix it that way, and it's cheaper to replace the phone with a newer (and better) one than to have someone JTAG a system to it.

Next time, don't try to root the phone. Root probably isn't going to give you anything you actually need.
