For the 3rd time,face book icon not showing upon the front of my phone screen.

Saying it once is enough. If there are no replies, perhaps that’s because no-one knows.

First, you're asking every few minutes. This isn't a paid service, we're just users like you. Ask once and when someone gets to your question you'll get an answer. It could take a few minutes - but it could take a few days. If you don't want to keep checking, join the Android Central community and subscribe to the thread, and you can get an email every time someone posts to the thread. (And you'll have to, to respond to this thread. Posting again with a response means that someone will have to find this thread to see what you're talking about - and no one will. We can't look at your former threads until you join and post to them.)

Second, have you checked for the icon in your app drawer? When you install an app it goes to the app drawer, not the home page. That's the iPhone environment, not the Android environment.
