Why fast charging is not working

Hello everybody. Got some issues with battery a week ago. Particularly, phone is not charging properly, cable charging option requres 2h from 0 to 100, but problem is that fast charging option is not working. Using same adapters, same cabels, new adapters, new cables, same story. Service said there are not any problems neither on battery or charging port. Its clean. 1 time out of 10 it can write fast charging, but phone is not charging in real, I mean while it is connected to a charger and using the phone, percentage is going down. If cable charging is indicated everything is OK, but charging very slowly... model Galaxy S20 FE. Updated software, settings as required, port clean, any suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! Where did you have the phone serviced? How did they test the USB port?

Probably the only thing left to do is try a factory reset to rule out a software issue.... otherwise exchange it if you have a warranty, or find a better shop that might be able to diagnose and fix it for a reasonable price.

That phone is almost 2 years old by now. If you're still using the factory original charging cable, I'd try replacing it. They can wear out over time and cause this exact sort of problem.

Go into device care to test charger and USB under diagnostic
