Google play and other services have stopped working

I rooted my android due to lack of memory on phone. I decided that since I don't use some google services like play books, play newsstand etc. I would just deleted them. I need help because apps like YouTube (fixed itself already) and play store stopped working. I've tried to fix it by removing my google account from my phone, but now there is an error that says "Couldn't sign in" "Can't establish a reliable connection to the server" as i try to re-log on my play account. If you know how to fix any help would be useful.

Did you also flash a customer recovery when rooting? Try doing a full wipe and installing the recommended gapps package for your phone/android version.
