why my galaxy 3 tablet froze

my samsung galaxy 3 tablet just froze and i tried to find the problem but the touch screen wont let me get to anything it just says unable to establish a wireless data connection

Welcome to Android Central! Press and hold Power for about 15-20 seconds to force a power off. Then power back on normally and see if it starts working again.
