Why has my H10 mail stopped unexpectedly?

[Android Central Question]

My HTC 10 phone keeps coming up with a message saying 'mail has stopped unexpectedly. Would I like to send an error report to HTC. This will help us improve our products'.

How do I stop this?

Send the email. then find a different email app until they "improve their product".
