Why has my hangouts stopped, I can send ((msgs only)) and no calls.& videos?

why my hangout has stopped while i can send ((msgs only)) and no calls..& videos

hi ...i rooted my xperia z1 by king root and i uninstalled some system app like ((google+ and hangouts and drive)) now i install hangout and i can only send msgs ...if i call anyone videocall or call ...... hangouts has stopped .... and i clear cash and data and i install again google+ and not work

Welcome to Android Central! The latest version of Hangouts has been buggy, according to many people (including a bunch of my fellow Ambassadors). Wait until it gets an update, and hopefully it'll be fixed then.
