Why has my keypad configuration changed?

why has my keypad configuration changed?

when trying to use my keypad for trying to type in my email address for example, when I press the dash icon I get the forward slash icon and when I try to put in the at icon using Alt Gr it does nothing, how can I get my keypad back to normal?

Welcome to the forums. You might need to clear the cache for the keyboard. You can see if it's there in Settings>apps>swipe over to all apps>scroll down to your keyboard (it might be under the manufacturer name)and click on it. Click clear cache. Hopefully that helps.
