Mobile restarting for more than an hour

I am currently using samsung galaxy grand 2, it is keep restarting for more than an hour, please help me to fix this problem by restoring my datas in mobile. Is this a software problem?

Try wiping your system cache in recovery.

Are you rooted or trying to root when this happened? Recently updated to a newer OS?
