Why has my Note 3 seemed to have failed after updating to Lollipop?

hi, i'm iseladu from Timor, my note 3 comes to failed after update to lolipop.

the touchwiz home always come n pop out and stop,
"unfortunately, Touchwiz home has stop".

also the multi windows come to failed and the failed message pop out: com.sec.android.app,flashbarservice has stopped"

i do need help,
