Why has my phones camera become blurry after some time?

WHY OLD PHONES CAMERA IS BLURRY AFTER SOME TIME e.g MY NOTE 3 N900

I want to know that after using note 3 for 6 months it's camera becomes blurry no sharp pictures are capturing no clearity why is this happens ?
