Galaxy s4 mini .still getting email from my gmail account but not my bt mail

If nothing else works you could try removing that account and add it back again.

This started happening for me today too, and I have an HTC Desire 510. Mail says my gmail account has no new messages since this morning (false). For my iCloud and Yahoo accounts it does show new messages, but all the old ones have disappeared. I have deleted and recreated all accounts. I have tried working in safe mode. Problem not solved. HTC suggested a factory reset, but I decline to go through a complete phone configuration again.
