Why Host File Added ip Again(google apps not working) ?

I tried to edit host file because my google apps not working. I added # in front of ip in host file and my google apps started working but after 5 minuets another ip address added to host file by itself. I tried to delete host file but again after couple of minuets android create another host file. please help me. I'm using rooted stock android 5.0.2 on Sony Xperia Z1
