Why I am not able to unlock my samsung j7?

Actually yesterday I did my Samsung J7 software update i.e version (marshmello 6.0), its about 1 gb file. But after updating my phone I unlock the device for two times and after that I restart my phone for better network as in my area network issue is there. Now I am not able to unlock my device as it shows only 'try after 60 mins' whenever I tried. I tried it several time to unlock and also tried thru android device manager to unlock, but nothing is working. Please help me out there. I don't want to erase my all data. Please help!!!

Welcome to Android Central! So it isn't recognizing your password any more? Or did a screen lock suddenly appear where there was none before?

Try using Samsung's Find My Mobile to change the password.
