Why i can not use smart select inside of secure folder

After I upgrade my galaxy s8 to android oreo I can not use smart select when I am using an app inside of the secure folder, somebody know how to fix this?

Did you flashed Oreo or installed with OTA?
I got the same issue like yours because I dirty flashed Oreo CRB7 version. (Smart select, expanded screenshot, clipboard copy in Secure Folder didn't work on my S8).
The solution which fixed my device was flashing the stock Oreo ROM again with wiping the whole device.
Make sure you backup all your files.
