Why i cannot switch camera when i recording video?

My phone is LG Q6 and when i making video with front camera i cannot switch the camera to back camera also when i use back camera first at recording, i cannot switch to front camera. It's why?

Not during the recording, no. That's normal. You're not supposed to be able to. Maintaining sync between two cameras doing video is a pretty complex thing, they'd have to be doing frame grabs instead of live recording, and a frame grabber costs more than a phone.
