Why I can't clicked allow or deny when i installed apps? I can't even update my system ?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Where are you seeing this allow/deny? Are you talking about app permissions in the Settings>Apps menu?

If you have an old phone, it likely stopped getting official system updates a while ago.

Need more information, what you trying deny and allow? Are 5hey download from play store?
