Why i cant install an update from adb?

Ive an oukitel u2 smartphone it has mt6753 rom i downloaded the firmware.zip and i wanted to apply update from adb i have isntalled on my pc android sdk r16 and when i open command line into platform-tools it says on phone that i need a adb 1.0.32 or newer i also download this version of adb and prove to install my firmware and it shows that opening update packge ... installation aborted. Now im stuck what hould i do

Open the Android SDK and download all the newest binaries. Also make sure you have the ADB device drivers for your device. You can see if it's connected by typing adb devices into the command prompt. If it lists your device you should be good.
