Why I can't see Internal files?

I don't have adopted SD card, just portable. When I connect phone to my PC and choose MTP, I can only see my files on SD card but not Internal files? What can I do? I also tried USB Debugging mode, but it remains the same. Even apps like File Manager show only SD card.

Can you post a screen shot of what it shows on your screen in the file browser on the phone?

I can't even take a screen shot, because: "Couldn't capture screenshot. Can't take screenshot due to limited storage space, or it isn't allowed by the app on your organisation." But it's only "SD Card". No Internal Storage option.

It's only 1 day old phone. And just restored and I only set up it. I don't know what to do.
