Why I can't turn on my LG G3

[AC Question]

Hi there, I apologize in advance if there is already any such question.
So I have the following problem, my phone started turning on and off, I plugged it on a charger, the logo shows on, it goes out that the battery is charging, but then switches off. I changed the battery, but now the phone don't even want to turn on. If you have any suggestions I will be happy to hear them.
