Why I receiving error code while I am trying download App.

Hi, I recently did a factory reset on my Galaxy s4 and tried installing some apps on my S4, it doesn't work as I keep receiving error codes this message. "DF-DLA-15" please help I can't download apps, it doesn't allow me to download any applications.

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?


Try going to the App Manager, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.


If that doesn't work, try going to Settings>Accounts-Google, select your Google account, and remove it completely from the phone. Then add it back again, and see if that helps.
